Residential College Directors (RCDs) are full-time student affairs professionals with significant experience in residential life and student development. RCDs manage the day-to-day operations of the residential college, supervise the Resident Advisors (RAs) and Graduate Fellows (GFs), and are responsible for overseeing the maintenance of their facilities. RCDs assist students in the development of programs, co-advise the college council, and handle student concerns and conduct. RCDs also work closely with Faculty Fellows (FFs) and Faculty Associates (FAs).

Why Wash U?
I chose Wash U because of the opportunity to help residents build pride in the place they live. The Residential College experience allows students to create deep love and excitement about the place they live which I find to be extremely important to the college experience.
