Park and Mudd Residential College Director

Residential College Directors (RCDs) are full-time student affairs professionals with significant experience in residential life and student development. RCDs manage the day-to-day operations of the residential college, supervise the Resident Advisors (RAs) and Graduate Fellows (GFs), and are responsible for overseeing the maintenance of their facilities. RCDs assist students in the development of programs, co-advise the college council, and handle student concerns and conduct. RCDs also work closely with Faculty Fellows (FFs) and Faculty Associates (FAs).

Why Wash U?
I was sold on Wash U after learning about the partnerships between Faculty and Residential Life staff. The collaboration of both academic affairs and student affairs proved to me that the university is invested in the holistic growth of their students… and I wanted to be part of that.
