Residential College Directors (RCDs) are full-time student affairs professionals with significant experience in residential life and student development. RCDs manage the day-to-day operations of the residential college, supervise the Resident Advisors (RAs) and Graduate Fellows (GFs), and are responsible for overseeing the maintenance of their facilities. RCDs assist students in the development of programs, co-advise the college council, and handle student concerns and conduct. RCDs also work closely with Faculty Fellows (FFs) and Faculty Associates (FAs).

“To each there comes in their lifetime a special moment when they are figuratively tapped on the shoulder and offered the chance to do a very special thing, unique to them and fitted to their talents. What a tragedy if that moment finds them unprepared or unqualified for that which could have been their finest hour.” –Sir Winston Churchill
Why Wash U?
I chose Wash U because of its residential college system and for the opportunity to work with highly motivated and engaged students, in a metropolitan setting.
