The Graduate Fellows (GFs) are responsible for enhancing the academic environment as well as co-curricular experiences of residents in the residential colleges. Graduate Fellows report to Residential College Directors (RCDs), and work with the Resident Advisors (RAs), Faculty Fellows (FFs), Faculty Associates (FAs), and other residential leaders to develop communities that support the academic and personal growth of residents. Why Wash U?
I choose WashU for graduate school because I appreciated the focus on social justice issues. I am always interested in learning how social justice can be a part of not only future careers but in our everyday lives and actions.
