Residential College Directors (RCDs) are full-time student affairs professionals with significant experience in residential life and student development. RCDs manage the day-to-day operations of the residential college, supervise the Resident Advisors (RAs) and Graduate Fellows (GFs), and are responsible for overseeing the maintenance of their facilities. RCDs assist students in the development of programs, co-advise the college council, and handle student concerns and conduct. RCDs also work closely with Faculty Fellows (FFs) and Faculty Associates (FAs).

Why Wash U?
I came to Wash U as a graduate student and fell in love with the culture, students, and city. I stayed as a staff member to continue to be part of the community and to continue to grow as a person and a professional.
