Residential Community Directors (RCDs) are full-time student affairs professionals with significant experience in residential life and student development. RCDs manage the day-to-day operations of the residential college, supervise the Resident Advisors (RAs) and Graduate Fellows (GFs), and are responsible for overseeing the maintenance of their facilities. RCDs assist students in the development of programs, liaise with the city government in order to better help students, and build relationships with permanent neighbors.

You have more to do than be weighed down by ‘pretty’ or ‘beautiful’. You are a fiery heart and a wicked brain. Do not let your soul be defined by its shell.

Why Wash U?
I chose Wash U to work in a residential community setting with upperclass students and the opportunity to help them transition into independent living/life after college. I also love being able to work with our surrounding neighbors and campus partners!
