The North Side

The North Side

Residential Life’s North Side consists of three areas:  The Village, the On-Campus Apartments and the Off-Campus Apartments. Each of these areas provides a variety of living arrangements with unique opportunities for residents to get involved.

The Village includes Village House, Lopata House, and House 6. It houses approximately 325 students and is home to The Village BLOC Special Interest Housing Program.

The Off-Campus Apartments consist of the University Terrace, Rosedale, Greenway, Waterman Court, and the University Drive apartments. These buildings house approximately 450 students, and provides many opportunities to get involved with the surrounding St. Louis community.

The On-Campus Apartments consist of the Millbrook Apartments and the newly built Village East. This area houses approximately 440 residents (290 in Millbrook and 150 in Village East).

The North Side is also home to fraternity housing—run though The Greek Life Office.
