| This form must be completed to reserve any space on the South Forty. |
 |
| The form must be submitted at least five (5) full working days prior to the event. Requests submitted less than five working days prior to the event may not be processed - allow three days for processing. |
 |
| When reserving space, Please
allow time for set-up, takedown, and clean up. A confirmation
will be provided for all approved requests. If the request is
submitted on the Web, a confirmation will be given in the form
of an Email. If a form is turned into the Residential Life Office,
a paper copy will be available for pick-up. The Residential
Life Office is open Monday through Friday
from 8:30 AM to Midnight. Saturday
and Sunday hours are 1:30 p.m. to Midnight. |

Housekeeping only provides table and chair setup provided the room comes with enough tables and chairs they require. If the venue does not come with enough tables or chairs, the group will need to rent those items outside of ResLife. |
